We currently build 4 to 8 homes a year, devoting the time and care necessary to provide personal, individualized services to each homeowner.

Mountain Sky Development Custom Homes, Inc., was formed by brothers Charlie and Mike Frat. The Company specializes in the design and construction of luxury custom homes in the finest White Mountain communities.

The Company uses a detailed team design process during which the team members work closely with the client.
